Matt Rogerson - Expression of thanks.

ROGERSON Matt (York Road, Dun Laoghaire and formerly of Ice Plant, Coal Quay, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin); Jimmy, Noel, Joe, Eileen, Annie and the Rogerson Family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on Matt's recent sad passing, all those who sent Mass card, letters of sympathy and floral tributes, condolences on rip.ie, all those who called to the house, all those who attended the service at the funeral home and Matt's funeral Mass and burial. A special word of thanks to the staff in the Stroke Ward at St. Vincent's University Hospital, for the wonderful care they gave to Matt, to Fr. Paul Tyrell, P.P. and the staff at St. Michael's Church, Dun Laoghaire for the beautiful Mass, and to the singer John Scott for the beautiful singing.

We wish to express heartfelt thanks to family, friends, neighbours, and to all Matt’s friends, especially his UK friends, who supported us so kindly at this sad time.

A special thank you to Patrick O’ Donovan & Son Funeral Directors, especially to Michael O’Donovan and Michael Coyne, for their exceptional care and support at such a difficult time.

Matt is deeply and sadly missed by all, and will always be remembered as the kind gentleman he was, he will be forever in our hearts. 

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement may be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.  The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions. 

Matt's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Michael’s Church Dun Laoghaire, on Saturday, 2nd March 2024, at 6 p.m. all welcome to attend.
