Dublin) – June 17th 2021 (peacefully) surrounded by his family and in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Michael’s Hospital after a short illness bravely borne. William (Willie) (Ex Calvary Unit Cathal Brugha Barracks); dearly beloved husband and best friend of Noreen, much love father of Robert, Vicki, Graham, Gavin and Susan, devoted grandad to Millie, Aaron, Abbie, Nicole, Lorcan, Eoghan, Bébhinn, Nathan, Robert, Alannah, Jack, Dylan, Kian, Joshua, Sophie, Braxton, Willow, Ben and Alfie, and great-granddad of Lexi-Mae. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, his sisters Chris and Annie (USA), brothers Henry, Dessie and Paddy (Australia), father-in-law Jim (Wales), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. A Civil Funeral Service will take place on Saturday (June 19th) at 3:15pm in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, D6W. The Funeral Cortege will leave the family home at approximately 2pm for anyone who would like to pay their respects to Willie and Family.
