PRENDERGAST in the excellent care of the staff at Glebe House Nursing Home, Kilternan and formerly of Glenageary, Co. Dublin and late of Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny – August 15th 2026 after a short illness in St. Michael’s Hospital, Dun Laoghaire. James (Jim); predeceased by his wife Phyllis, much loved father of Denise and Tom. Sadly missed by his loving children, daughter-in-law Cathy, grandchildren Liam and Ciara, future son-in-law Alex, sister Mary, sister-in-law Theresa, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Wednesday (August 19th) from 5pm until 7pm with prayers at 6.30pm (All Welcome). Removal on Thursday (August 20th) to Our Lady of Victories Church, Sallynoggin arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill.
