McCARTHY (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly of Rory O’Connor Park, Dun Laoghaire) – August 28th, 2025, (peacefully) in the wonderful care of the staff at the Blackrock Hospice. Mark; dearly beloved son of the late Maureen and Paddy, brother of the late Helena, Mary and Liz. Sadly missed by his loving brother Patrick (Wacker), sisters Bernadette, Patricia and Michelle, brothers-in-law Dan and Seanie, sister-in-law Sue, his many nephews and nieces, relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Mark’s life will take place on Tuesday (Sept 2nd) in St. Michael’s Chapel of Ease at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 at 12 noon, followed by interment in Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill. To view the Service live click on this link
