KANE (Athy, Co. Kildare and formerly of Dale View, Ballybrack, Co. Dublin) – August 20^th  2026 suddenly but peacefully at home. James (Jay); dearly beloved son of Bernie and the late Tony, father of Stephen and Daragh. He will be very sadly missed by his loving mother, sons, brother Robert (Robbie), sister Emma, niece Éabha, nephew Tony, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and a large circle of friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Wednesday (Aug 26th) from 5pm to 7pm with prayers at 6.30pm. A Celebration of Jay’s life will take place on Thursday (Aug 27th) at 11am in St. Michael’s Cremation Services Chapel at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home.
