John; beloved husband of Geraldine and loving father to Natasha and Jordan. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, son, brothers Peter, Gerard and Desmond, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace. He was a absolute gentleman and it was a pleasure to have known him. We have known John from the Orgsnic Co-op through to the Green door and on to Bluebell. Come rain or shine he was always there with his delicious bread, a story, joke and his infectious smile. It seems only a short time ago I was talking to him in the Green Door, while buying some bread. Knew him first from the Dublin Food Co-op, and had good chats with him over the years.
