Joan (Joanie) Cunningham - 2nd January 2024.



CUNNINGHAM (Ballybrack, Co. Dublin) – January 2nd 2024 (peacefully) surrounded by her family and in the wonderful care of the nursing staff at Beaumont Hospital. Joan (Joanie); dearly beloved daughter of the late Eddie and Joan and wife of the late NIall (Boo) McGovern, sister of the late Seán, much loved mother of Dylan, Joanne and Slaney, grandmother to Caíden, Lucy, Sam and Kali. Sadly missed by her loving son, daughters, grandchildren, sisters Chris, Edwina, Anne and Sheila, brother George and her beloved dog Millie, extended family and friends. 

 

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 PW73 on Friday (Jan 5th) from 5pm until 7pm (all welcome to attend). Removal on Saturday (Jan 6th) from her home to the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, D6W HY98, arriving for 1.45pm funeral service followed thereafter by cremation. To Ann Chris sheila george and edwina, and families our heart felt condolences to each and everyone of you, Joan gained her angel wings may she rest now with her first true love, boo her mam' dad ,brother Sean and all her family gone to heaven before her, may she rest in eternal peace, and may you all find comfort in each other, so sorry we did not make the funeral home to see you all, sending virtual hugs to you all, love from the Grant and Hinch family's
