James (Jim) Kennedy - 24th November 2024.


KENNEDY (Johnstown, Dun Laoghaire and formerly of Dalkey, Co. Dublin) – November 24th 2024 (peacefully) surrounded by his family and in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Michael’s Hospital. James (Jim) (late of Killiney DIY); dearly beloved husband and best friend of Alice and the late Angela, much loved and adored father of Maria, Paul, Stephanie and Doreen and loving stepfather to Helen, Joan, Clare and Edward. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, son, grandchildren Liam, Callum, Rachael, Cormac and Sadhbh, stepdaughters, stepson, dada Jim to Colm, Aisling, Ciara, Cian, Sinéad, Éadaoin, Caoimhe and John, his half-brothers and sisters Sadie, John, Joe and Mary, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V692 on Tuesday (Nov 26th) from 4pm to 6pm with prayers at 5.30pm (all welcome). Removal on Wednesday (Nov 27th) to The Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Churchview Road, Killiney arriving for 12.30pm Requiem Mass.
