SMYTH (née Deegan) (Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) – March 24th 2025, suddenly but peacefully surrounded by her family at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Frances; dearly beloved wife and best friend of William (Billy), much loved and adored mother of Derek, Ali, Sharon and Willy and predeceased by her sister May. She will be very sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughter, son-in-law Den, daughters-in-law Edel, Catherine and Sarah, her loving 12 grandchildren, brother Tommy, sister Anne, nephews, nieces, relatives friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Thursday (Mar 27th) from 5pm to 7pm with prayer at 6.45pm (all welcome). Removal on Friday (March 28th) to St. Patrick’s Church, Monkstown arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to the Esker Cemetery, Lucan.
