FitzGerald Garrett (Cabinteely and formerly of Foxrock) – October 20th 2026 (peacefully) at home. Loving husband of Catherine, cherished and adored father of Garrett and Ciaran. Predeceased by his parents Carmel and Paddy FitzGerald of Foxrock and brother Patrick. Sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters-in-law Emer and Liina, his grandchildren Oscar, Frankie, Leo, Arlo and Niko, brothers Declan, Niall and Rory, sisters Orla, Eimear and Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Friday (Oct 23rd) from 5pm until 7pm with prayers at 6.30pm (All Welcome). Removal on Saturday (Oct 24th) from his home to the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock arriving at 9.40am reception and words of appreciation from the family prior to 10am Requiem Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to the Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, D6W HY98 arriving for 12.45pm cremation service.
