FINLAY Alan (Fred) - 4th October 2026.

FINLAY (St. Begnet’s Villas, Dalkey, Co. Dublin) – October 4th 2026 (peacefully) in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Elm Park. Alan (Fred); dearly beloved son of the late Maria and Ned, brother of the late Edward and Mary, uncle of the late Natasha. He will be very sadly missed by his loving brothers Bill and Paul, sister-in-law Marian, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Wednesday (Oct 7th) from 5pm until 7pm (All Welcome) A Celebration of Fred’s life will take place on Thursday (Oct 8th) at 12noon in St. Michael’s Cremation Services Chapel at the Funeral Home.
