BYRNE (Cabinteely, D18 and formerly of Carlow) – November, 5th 2022, peacefully and surrounded by love at St. Vincent’s University Hospital after a short illness bravely borne. Des (Desmond) (late of An Garda Siochana, the Motor Trade and more recently Taxi Driver); dearly beloved husband of Maeve, much loved father of Brendan and Fiona. Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter, daughter-in-law Natalie, grandchildren Isabelle and Carter, Isabelle’s mother Tracy, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan and Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 PW73 Tuesday (Nov 8th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal Wednesday (Nov 9th) to St. Brigid’s Church, Cabinteely arriving for 10am Requiem Mass.
