BYRNE (née Connolly) (Sallynoggin and formerly of Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) – October 5th 2026 (peacefully) surrounded by her family while in the wonderful care of the staff at Glengara Nursing Home. Kathleen; dearly beloved wife of the late Frank, grandmother of the late Natasha, mother-in-law of the late Eugene, much loved and adored mother of Geraldine, Louise, Wendy, Jacqueline and Amanda. She will be very sadly missed by her loving daughters, son-in-law Dave, grandchildren Lyn, Emma, Gerard, Daniel, Siobhán, Aisling, Luke, 10 great-grandchildren, sister Breda, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Friday (Oct 9th) from 5pm until 7pm with prayers at 6.30pm (All Welcome) Removal on Saturday (Oct 10th) to Our Lady of Victories Church, Sallynoggin arriving for 10am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill.
