BYRNE Matthew (Matt) - 22nd October 2025.

BYRNE (late of Ashlawn Park, Ballybrack and formerly of Sallynoggin Park, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) – October 22^nd 2025, (peacefully) after a long illness bravely borne in the presence of his daughters Tracey and Siobhán and in the wonderful care of the staff at Earlsbrook Nursing Home, Bray. Matthew (Matt); husband of Margaret, much loved father of Steven, Tracey, Siobhán and Keith. Predeceased by his brothers John, Jimmy and Paddy. He will be very sadly missed by his loving sons, daughters, son-in-law Ian, Siobhán’s partner Jason, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Imelda, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Friday (Oct 24^th) from 5pm to 7pm (all welcome). A celebration of Matt’s life will take place on Saturday (Oct 25th) at 10am in St. Michael’s Chapel of Ease within the Funeral Home, followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery.
