SMYTH (née Coffey) (Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) – May 21st  2026  (peacefully) in the kind care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Barbara; dearly beloved wife of the late Adam, beautiful sister of the late Norah. She will be very sadly missed by her heartbroken children Adam and Erica, son-in-law Brian, daughter-in-law Noriko, grandchildren Noah, Louis, Maya and Amelia, sisters Treasa, Brid, brothers Patrick and Tony, sisters-in-law Imelda, Judy and Mairead, brothers-in-law Tony and Colm, relatives, neighbours and friends especially Peggy and Mary. 

 

May her kind gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Tuesday (May 26th) from 5pm to 7pm with prayers at 6.30pm (all welcome). Removal on Wednesday (May 27th) to St. Michael’s Church, Dun Laoghaire arriving for 11.30am Requiem Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, D6W HY98 arriving for 1.45pm cremation service.
