MOONEY - Richard (Richie/Dick) - 3rd May 2026

MOONEY (Sallynoggin, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) – May 3^rd  2026 (suddenly) at home. Richard (Richie/Dick); dearly beloved son of the late Kitty and Joe, husband of the late Rose. He will be very sadly missed by his loving children Shane, Audrey and Paul, daughters-in-law Babs and Lindy, son-in-law Alan, his adoring grandchildren Ian, Derek, Ryan, Owen, Kym and Lee, great-grandchildren Luke and Ryan, sisters Margo, Ann, Helen and Caroline, brothers Joe-Boy, Jimmy, Paddy and Noel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, special cousin Paul Kelly, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Friday (May 8th) from 6pm to 8pm with prayers at 7.30pm (all welcome). A celebration of Dick’s life and what a life will take place on Saturday (May 9th) at 10.30am in St. Michael’s Chapel of Ease at the Funeral Home, followed by interment in Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill.
