Dublin) – August 10th 2021, (peacefully) at St. Michael’s Hospital, Dun Laoghaire. John (late of the National Rehabilitation Hospital, Rochestown Avenue); dearly beloved son of the late Mary and Paul, father of Jason and David, grandfather to Saoirse and Caolan, brother of Margaret, Christine, Helen, Marie, Derek, Gerard and the late Tony and Paul. Sadly missed by his loving sons, sisters, brothers, brothers-in-law Victor, John and Sean, sisters-in-law Josie, Esther and Kay, nieces, nephews and his good friend Ann. May He Rest in Peace. Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan and Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin, Thursday (August 12th) from 4pm to 6pm with strict Covid-19 guidelines in place. Removal on Friday (August 13th) to the Church of the Assumption B.V.M., Dalkey (maximum 50 persons) arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W for 12noon service.
