James was like an older brother to me, someone who always had your back, loyal, funny, a true gent. James was a great Chef, a great father, a great friend. He was someone you could talk to about anything. Working in the kitchen with him was an honour and i will never ever forget my time working with him, unfortunately i wont be able to make the funeral as i am outside the country, RIP James . My condolences to all the family, his mother, and children
