Loughlinstown, Dublin Tuesday 8th June 2021 O’BRIEN (née Smith) (Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin) – June 8th 2021 (suddenly) at home surrounded by her family. Catherine (Cathy), dearly beloved wife of Des, adored mother of Lisa, Katie and Golden Boy Desmo. Sadly missed by her loving husband, children, daughter-in-law Julie, sons-in-law Richie and Adam, sister Mary, brothers Mick and John, most of all her grandchildren that she lived for Abbie, Lucia, Nathan, Angie, Ross, Braxton, Drew and Jayce, extended family and friends. May she rest in peace Due to government advice regarding public gatherings, a private funeral will take place on Monday (June 14th) at 4pm in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W followed thereafter by cremation.
